We were invited by Tan & Tan again for a post-launch viewing. This is more like a mingle session cum dinner affair. Joanne (Marketing & Sales Manager) walk us through the units and specifications and answered our questions patiently. Joining us later was Cassandra -salute her for her working attitude as she was very ‘heavy’ into her pregnancy, who chatted with us and provided several insights to Tan & Tan Developments’ roadmap.
The units were heavily influenced by Japanese-style design and fittings – hence the Mitsubishi Jisho Residence collaboration. The space saving concept is also one of the selling point here. With a high-end statement: European kitchen, Japanese sanitary ware and Burmese hardwood, one cannot miss the quality and value shaped into the development. The outlay of the rooms and space is compact but gives a sense of closeness and comfort to small families and expatriates who wanted cosy home but a hotel-like setup.
Over to the furnishings. All doors and cabinets are fitted with Kawajun* levers and locksets. The bathroom ‘throne’ is also ones that you will find in most part of Japan – the multi function, self cleaning seats with warmer! It comes with loads of buttons that will make you stay in a little longer. Yea. Wonder if they have memory slots for MP3s…And the bathtub, not the long ones we normally have, they actually fitted the Kohler-material square tub which would appease the new gen and Japanese clients nonetheless. All with the highest of quality.
The guys then proceeded to the bar’ where we met KC, the chief marketing ‘bartender’. Very friendly. KC in my opinion, would be the go-to person in terms of up-scale developments marketing and information services. Chatted a bit with him and after a few rounds of wine, coffee and crackers, we decided to leave and not get really drunk! As usual, we took a few ‘wefies’ before we head back to office.
